Prior to July of 2009, our web site was composed entirely of static (aka "brochure") pages. There was no interactivity with visitors and all visitors were anonymous. In July we began using a Content Management System (CMS) called Drupal and a Constituent Relationship Manager (CRM) called CiviCRM. Drupal provides the framework that controls the web site, including the navigation menu and provides a visitor log-in.feature that allows different types of users to have different privileges. At the moment, we use CiviCRM only for event management and event registration.
Here are some of the features of our web site and how they relate to various categories of visitors.
