20 March, 2010 - The Top Teens of Prairie View and other local organizations will identify (locate), document, and begin the cleanup of the slave era Alta Vista/Liendo Plantations Cemetery behind the campus of Prairie View A & M University. In meetings during the past winter the Top Teens Organizations, sponsored by the Top Ladies of Distinction requested our assistance in scheduling the upcoming work. Today, Thursday, March 12, 2010, we made the signs available for posting at strategic locations in Prairie View and Hempstead.
